Shipping policy

 

Most items in this shop are made after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to ship the same day.

How orders go out

There are two kinds of products:

Print-on-demand (most tees, mugs, flags, calendars, and similar). Your item is printed after checkout, then handed to the carrier. Typical production is about 2–7 business days. After that, US delivery is often another 3–10 business days. International is longer, often 1–4 weeks once it leaves the printer.

Branded blanks (North Face, Cotopaxi, Champion, adidas, and a few others). These are decorated to order on wholesale blanks. Decoration can add extra time on top of carrier transit. If a product page mentions extra processing, that is why.

Checkout is the quote that counts. Rates, methods, and any duty estimate shown there are what you are paying for that order.

Where we ship

We ship to 27+ countries. If your country is offered at checkout, we can send there. If it is not listed, we cannot complete that order.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees your country charges. We cannot mark packages as gifts to skip those.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email, then a second email with tracking when the printer or warehouse hands the package off. Reply to that email or write contact@theunsungheromusic.com if tracking stalls.

Delays

Print-on-demand and decorated blanks can run late around holidays, or if a size/color has to be remade. If something is clearly stuck, email us with your order number. We will check with the printer or warehouse and tell you what we know.

Lost or damaged in transit

If the carrier marks it delivered and it is not there, wait a day, check with neighbors, then email us. If it arrives damaged, send photos of the item and the packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund that item.
