Because most of it is printed or decorated after you order, we cannot take returns on items that arrived as described and were simply a change of mind.

Email contact@theunsungheromusic.com within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted; if you received the wrong size, color, or product; or if the package never arrived.

North Face, adidas, Champion, and other branded blanks — These are decorated to order.
